Your ISP service can be just as important as your network hardware and applications. That’s why we extend our problem resolution to your ISP(s), if we are already doing the same for your perimeter devices like routers and firewalls.
If you lose Internet connectivity, we will detect the loss immediately and set things in motion to resolve the problem. If we determine that your managed device is in fact in good working order but your ISP is down, we will open a service ticket on your behalf with your ISP. We will then test the ISP for service updates to your ticket periodically on your behalf until service is restored. Each time we ask for a ticket update, you will be updated too, so you always know where you stand. This is another example of how we stay up at night so you don’t have to.
