Job Summary
The Senior Network Engineer should have a proven project delivery history, as well as consulting or Enterprise-Level systems experience in Microsoft systems. This is an opportunity to work with a nationally recognized company of highly dedicated and productive engineers.

Essential job functions
- Provide third level support and fulfill role of Team Supervisor in Network Operations Center (NOC).
- Will be escalation point when high security level issues occur
- Part of on-call rotation for after-hours support
- Provide engineering services for infrastructure systems implementation
- Assist upper management in the validation of processes and procedures for the NOC
- Provide assistance to the Enterprise Design Team during design engagements
- Occasional travel may be required
General requirements
- Windows Active Directory (multi-site preferred)
- Windows Server 2003/2008
- MS Exchange 2000/2003/2007
- MS SQL Server 2000/2005
- TCP/IP: LAN/WAN technologies, Layer 2/3 switching and routing and VPN technologies (PPTP, IPSEC, IPSEC/GRE)
- Windows server management protocols and network level management protocols
- Familiarity with MS Communities a plus
- MS premiere certification (MCSA, MCSE, MCITP) or Cisco certification (CCNA or higher) required
- Great communication skills - written and verbal
- Great client skills
